When will my order ship?
We typically ask for less than 3 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
The estimated delivery dates shown to you at check out include processing times. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment
How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that includes the tracking number for your package. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 72-96 business hours of shipment.
In times of high package volume, shipping companies may delay or lose scans of your shipment during transit.
You can also contact customer service with your order or email to track the status of your package.
How does international shipping work?
Average total transit time is 10-20 business days for free shipping, 10-15 business days for flat shipping and less than 10 business days for DHL express shipping. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.
Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
Some countries impose a value limit on international shipments. If your order is above the limit for your country, your order may be shipped as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. What’s more, most orders will ship from our warehouse in New York and California. To get your full order on its way, we occasionally ship from a combination of these locations so you’ll receive a couple packages.
If your order ships in separate packages, we will send you multiple tracking numbers. We’re pros when it comes to tracking packages, let us know if we can help locate yours.
How do I know that my order has been shipped and track my order?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number through which you can track your order online.
Do you offer signature-required shipment delivery options?
Yes. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
Sometimes the following situations can occur with packages marked as delivered:
* The postal carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen.
* A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package on your behalf
* The postal carrier marked the package as delivered a few days in advance
What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?-What should I do?
* Check your door/mailbox for note from your local post office. If you receive a note, it should provide you with the instructions you need to receive your package.
* Contact your local post office and your local customs office. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day’s delivery. Postal services are used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
* Contact us for additional assistance(Asking local carrier contact info). Taraniya cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!.
Why was my presale item delayed or canceled?
Items purchased on presale are given an estimated shipping date. This date may change due to reasons outside our control, such as a delay from the manufacturer, or quality concerns.
