What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don’t love it, send it back!

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

Unfortunately, Taraniya is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

We offer free returns on all purchases failing to perform or damaged due to a material or manufacturing error and And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable. For any other reasons, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

Processing & Refunds

• Handbags & Purses that are sold with a dust bag and are returned without their dust bag

• Items sold as sets that are not returned as a set

• Final Sale items returned for refund rather than exchange

• Returns postmarked after the Return window has ended

What is my time frame to return or exchange an item?

We accept return packages postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date. If your return is postmarked after this time frame, your return will be denied and sent back to you.

Rural regions in Hawaii and Alaska with limited access to shipping carriers may not be eligible to receive a return shipping label.
